Pecorino Vignaquadra is a fresh and all-around wine, made with an ancient local vine brought to the fore in the last fifteen years thanks to the effort of scholars and vintners who first believed in its potential. Today, Pecorino is one of the most appreciated grape varieties among younger wine lovers.

Grapes: Pecorino 100 %.
Harvest: Third decade of September.
Average yield per hectare: 60 hl.
Vinification: Low-temperature maceration after destemming of the grapes and thermo-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes: Straw-yellow colour with golden reflections and intense aroma of green tea and ripe peach. Good body and long persistence on the palate.
