Harvest: Second decade of October
Average yield per hectare: 70 hl.
Vinification: Maceration on the skins for 15-20 days. Ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes: Red ruby colour with violet hues. Intense notes of mixed berries and cherry, with light spicy notes. Well-balanced and elegant body.
